Shipping
K-ASES ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and all other EU countries. K-ASES strives to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 will be shipped the same day!
Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for correctly entering (and verifying) the shipping address!
Costs
- Netherlands: €3.95 (orders over €29 are shipped free, without tracking)
- EU: €12.95 (orders over €35 are shipped free)
Returns
Ordered something but not entirely satisfied? You can return the item WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt:
1. Send an email to boeijenvannikita@gmail.com with your name, order number, product description, and, if desired, the reason for returning.
2. Return the product with the packing slip, undamaged, well-protected, and in the original packaging to:

3. Upon receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the account used for payment.
Conditions
- We cannot accept damaged products or items not in the original packaging.
- The sender is liable for any potential loss of the return shipment (unless sent by registered mail).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- K-ASES must receive the product within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges
Ordered something but prefer a different item? You can exchange your order for something else within 14 days. (Note: a fee of €2.95 will be charged for this):
1. Send an email to boeijenvannikita@gmail.com with your name, order number, product description, and the item you would like to receive.
2. Return the product with the packing slip, undamaged, well-protected, and in the original packaging to:

3. Upon receiving the item for exchange, we will send the new item to you.

Incorrect/Defective Product
- The customer is obligated to immediately inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If it appears that a delivered order is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, the customer must report this in writing (before returning items). K-ASES will then provide a suitable solution and communicate this with the customer within 3 working days. If incorrect items need to be returned, the customer will always receive a return label from mimamsterdam.com. The return of an order must be done in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Returns initiated independently will not be reimbursed.
Exception: Customized Phonecases
Dear valued customers, before placing your order, please read the following carefully:
1. These phone cases are custom-made to order. It takes 10 days from the time you place your order to complete production. This time is required for the cream glue to completely air-dry and harden, ensuring that your phone case arrives in its freshest condition.
2. Please specify your phone model in the Personalization box. You can also reach out to us with your unique ideas, and we'll work with you to create a customized design to your specifications.
3. Processing & Shipping: Your order will be dispatched promptly upon placement, with a one-day production time and a maximum of 10 days for drying and hardening. Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
4. Please be aware that we do not accept order cancellations once the production process has begun.
5. These cases are meticulously handcrafted, and minor imperfections and air bubbles may occur naturally. All designs are adjusted to fit your specific phone model, with slight modifications to ensure they closely resemble the showcased content.
